Bad ToW

Hello,
I used BNC 2.12.0 and i found bad value concerning the ToW (Broadcast Orbit - 7 : Transmission time of message) on GPS navigation message file.
The value is always 9.999000000000e+08
Have you an idea on this issue ?

Hello Gregory,
the 'Transmission Time of Message' is defined for GPS in RINEX but not in RTCM3.
Hence, the value is unknown if the data source is RTCM3. And an unknown value in RINEX format is specified by 0.9999E9.
There is no change to ealier BNC versions like v2.11.

PS: My recommendation is to switch to BNC version 2.12.1 if you are interested to write rinex observation files.
