Can not launch BNC example config

When I launch the example config on our debian (11) server, I get the following output:

Is it a known issue ? Or is there a solution already known ?

BNC version 2.13.0 is released. Maybe it helps to solve the issues.
It ist related to QT5 and pre-compliled for different operating systems: ​https://igs.bkg.bund.de/ntrip/bnc
