Description

Hello,

We experienced issue on bnc version 2.12.17. Sometimes appears message from streams with message “bncGetThread exception”. We made some statistics on stream and when this behavior appears there is no statistics until the next automatic reload of the configuration file.
Have you an idea of what happened and how to be not impacted by this issue ?

Hello,

at present we are not aware of such an issue. Maybe you can describe in which application / with which configuration the message “bncGetThread exception” appears. The latest version is 2.12.18 but there are no updates regarding bncGetThread.
