BNC is able to write several logs.

It would be nice if BNC would have the ability to provide some life data over Prometheus. Within the BKG Ntrip Caster there is already such a feature.

I tried BNC 2.13beta and at a first glance, it looks as good as usual. Unfortunately, the feature "Upload Ephemeris" seems to have an issue:

How to reproduce it:

• Add streams including RTCM Ephemeris (GPS+GLO+GAL+BDS)
• Enter caster to Upload RTCMv3 Broadcast Ephemeris
• Start Streams
• Only RTCM 1019 (GPS) ephemeris are broadcasted/uploaded to the caster.
• Cross-Check with BNC 2.12.18 (and below) all other ephemeris (in our case 1020, 1042, 1045, 1046) are broadcasted.
