14881488Once BNC has been started, many of its configuration options cannot be changed as long as it is stopped. See chapter 'Reread Configuration' for on-the-fly configuration exceptions.

The following effects are so far ignored in BNC's Precise Point Positioning (PPP) approach:
- Satellite antenna offset: horizontal effect = few cm, vertical effect = up to 10 cm
- Satellite antenna phase center variation: vertical effect =1 mm
- Phase wind up: horizontal and vertical effect = a few mm
- Earth tides: horizontal effect: a few cm, vertical effect: a few dm
- Earth’s rotation: horizontal effect = a few cm
- Atmospheric, hydrological, and ocean loading: vertical effect = up to 5 cm
- Offset of ground antenna: horizontal effect = a few mm, vertical effect: up to 5 cm
- Ground antenna phase center variation: vertical effect = a few mm
It basically means that with BNC's PPP the horizontal position can actually not be better than 5 cm and the height component cannot be better than 10 cm.
