File Output of code and phase biases in standardized SINEX Format

Suggestion from Denis (CNES): The code and phase biases are standardized. Hence, it would be useful to store these biases contained in the CLK streams in this format, like the sp3 and clk files; It would allow a better usage of the biases.
Example from CNES: www.ppp-wizard.net/products, bias files). These files have been cross-validated by NRCan.
