How to reproduce it:

- Add streams including RTCM Ephemeris (GPS+GLO+GAL+BDS)
- Enter caster to Upload RTCMv3 Broadcast Ephemeris
- Start Streams
- Only RTCM 1019 (GPS) ephemeris are broadcasted/uploaded to the caster.
- Cross-Check with BNC 2.12.18 (and below) all other ephemeris (in our case 1020, 1042, 1045, 1046) are broadcasted.
