BNC for macOS

This is a dynamically linked BNC executable for macOS, bundled with its
required Qt frameworks. It has been compiled with clang using Qt5
installed with Homebrew on macOS Tahoe on an Apple M2 chip. The
installed app itself reports its exact version (Help -> About, or
`bnc --version` from the shell).

Installation:
Double-click the dmg file to open it and simply drag the application’s icon
to your Applications folder or to any other folder and you’re done. The software
is now installed.
Afterwards it’s a good idea to unmount the DMG in Finder: just click the “Eject” arrow.

Gatekeeper warning on first launch:
This build is not signed with a paid Apple Developer ID, so the first time you
open it macOS will refuse to launch it and report that it is
“from an unidentified developer” (or similar).
This is a one-time step per copy - use any one of:
  - Right-click (or Control-click) BNC.app, choose “Open”, then confirm “Open” in the dialog that appears, or
  - System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> scroll down -> “Open Anyway” (appears after the first blocked attempt), or
  - From Terminal: xattr -cr /Applications/bnc.app
After that, BNC opens normally like any other application.

Run from the shell without gui (in the Example_Configs directory):
user@mac ~ % /Applications/bnc.app/Contents/MacOS/bnc --help
